- Access to the Managing Director 24/7. This service is particularly useful for clients that require issues management advice after hours.
- Modern video conferencing and media training facilities.
- Professional boardroom for meetings. We appreciate our clients do not always have time to come into town for meetings so we use a staff Smart car when consulting with our clients at their premises to minimise our impact on the environment.
- Transparent billing and invoicing processes. All our invoices are accompanied by a detailed narrative explaining the services we have provided and the results achieved. Retainer clients also receive a review of activities that have been achieved at the end of each month.
- Retainer clients receive a monthly meeting with the Managing Director to agree the focus for the coming month’s retainer.
- Flexible billing options: monthly retainer, set project fees or head hours. Alternatively, some clients prefer a base retainer and the flexibility of using Wright Communications for additional project work as required.
