Professional memberships
Wright Communications is a member of the Public Relations
Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ) and the New Zealand Business
Council for Sustainable Development (NZBCSD); Nikki Wright proudly
serves on the Executive Committee.
Pro bono support
From day one, Wright Communications wanted to provide its skills
and experience to an organisation which does not have the budget
for professional PR services, despite needing them. The Sustainable
Business Network (SBN) was selected because it is a not-for-profit
organisation with similar values to Wright Communications. This
partnership has seen Wright Communications proudly provide pro-bono
PR services to the SBN since 2006. This support culminates each
year in the promotion of the Sustainable Business Awards, which
celebrate extraordinary businesses making positive contributions to
New Zealand's economy, environment, and culture. The team at Wright
Communications gets immense satisfaction in achieving fantastic
media coverage for the awards, and also in the camaraderie with the
SBN and its major sponsors.
