The brief
Colmar Brunton's co-founder Dick Brunton is on a crusade to
convince CEOs of New Zealand's biggest corporates to put customer
satisfaction squarely at the heart of their businesses. He wanted
to employ media to get face time with the heads of the country's
largest companies
The Wright solution
Wright Communications developed a strategy which targeted three
types of media - financial, trade and consumer - to get the message
of the Colmar Brunton Customer Experiences in front of every
corporate in the country.
Client satisfaction
The resultant media coverage prompted various CEOs to pick up
the phone and ask Dick to present to the board, calls came from the
likes of Vodafone, BNZ, AIG and others.
